Building Long-Term Relationships at Sunwise Property

Sometimes timing is everything. We’re excited to share this serendipitous story about a group of traveling friends who had previously stayed in one of our other properties. They had such a positive experience that when it came time to move out of their current demolition house, "House A", we already had the next place in mind. As luck would have it, the timing lined up perfectly: House A was being returned to its owners for their upcoming renovation plans, and a second group of tenants was moving out of another extended property, "House B".

House B has become one of our long-term success stories. What began as a one-year rental turned into several years, as the developer’s building plans faced repeated delays. The owners chose to keep us on because we did exactly what we promised — we took care of everything. From regular maintenance to tenant relations, we’ve made it easy for them to focus on their future build without worrying about tenancy issues or the threat of empty homes taxes.

Since the group moving in had previously lived in a furnished home, we made sure to furnish this one as well, ensuring a smooth and minimally disruptive transition.

When the first group of tenants moved into House B, we had already refreshed the space to make it comfortable and livable. But with the extended timeline and a new group of tenants coming in, we used the most recent move-out period as an opportunity to go back in and elevate it even further — recaulked showers, deep-cleaned fume hoods, redid baseboards, and gave the basement a fresh pop of color with paint and accent furniture to make it feel warm and welcoming.
